TOKYO, JAPAN — APOC Co., Ltd, a Tokyo-based company specializing in global PR distribution and influencer marketing services, today announced that it has completed the transfer of its festival digital transformation service, “Matsuri NOW,” to TSUMUGU Inc. (“TSUMUGU”).

APOC would like to express its sincere appreciation to all municipalities, organizations, and users who have supported and utilized “Matsuri NOW” since its launch.

Background of the Transfer

As previously announced in APOC’s press release dated December 23, 2025, the company had made the decision to discontinue the “Matsuri NOW” service due to various business considerations. Following that announcement, TSUMUGU approached APOC regarding the possibility of continuing the business.

After a series of discussions, APOC determined that TSUMUGU is well-positioned to carry the service forward and further develop its potential. Based on this shared vision, APOC has decided to proceed with the transfer of the business.
